PHP API Client script

i am searching for a php dev which knows how to get data from bitcoin exchange APIs like mtgox, bitstamp and other exchanges.
your job is to write a script which reads out trades and orderbook from this exchanges and saves it in a mysql database. the script will get called by a cronjob every 5 minutes.

i do already have some scripts for some exchanges like btc-e and vircurex. now i want data from all exchanges.
