Simple Asterisk setup

I’m trying to setup USB-modem to work with my Asterisk on OpenSUSE, but cannot use the microphone (I am already can dial through USB modem from Asterisk, but people aren’t hearing me).
I would be glad if someone could do something about it. The job is extra-paid.
