Coinbase Script

Hi I need the following that has to run on a raspberry pi

I need a code /script that checks my coinbase wallet every 10 min if coins have hit the wallet if yes exchange to fiat the seconde thing it should do is check the account once a day if fiat is in the account if yes withdraw to bank account

best would be if possible if it has its own littel gui reachable via browser to choose the wallet put api key in myself and how often every job has to run
