My name is Prabhanjan Chudi and I’m from Bangalore, India. Being fascinated with my pragmatic previous experience of engaging with customers as a senior member of the support team, I would like to seek an opportunity to serve in your esteemed institution.

As a freelancer, I provide email and/or chat support on daily basis and for any time zones. I will be able to work on all days (including the weekends) for about 6-8 hours per day. Also, I will be ready to work for extended hours, if need arises.

Additionally, as a freelance virtual assistant I currently provide a number of services for my clients including document preparation maintaining files and record keeping. My knowledge of a wide variety of computer programs allows me to easily take on nearly any task I am assigned. I am a quick study and welcome challenges as well. As a detail oriented and organized professional I take pride in completing assignments on time and with accuracy. I can type 45 words per minute and possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Forums contains all the game-related issues. General troubleshooting steps for the basic issues like the game crash, game updation and etc. - will create (if it isn't one) and maintain and provide service as a moderator in the forum page. Social Media Management: Complete social media management in terms of handling the supports social media (FB, Twitter and Instagram).
