This is a Contract position in Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex, Travel available upon special arrangement. posted August 29, 2017.
I will mystery shop your restaurant, lodging business, place of business or retail outlet and grade:
1. Cleanliness
2. Organization
3. Customer Service/Friendliness
4. Customer flow (will make various visits if necessary)
5. Service times
6. Wait times
Areas of special concern or custom studies can be arranged to your individual needs. Travel is possible, but will be charged back to the customer. All work is guaranteed to be professional and complete to the best of my ability. Every attempt will be made to provide a full report to the contracting organization/individual within 15 business days depending on the scope of the project. Rates are hourly + travel + accrued expenses if purchases are necessary.
