Thunderbird Lightning Add-on

I’m looking for someone to code an add-on for me.

Task:
Evaluate a selected text for date and time and pass it on to Thunderbirds’ Lightning add-on.

Specifications:
– needs to run with either firefox or chrome
– needs to show when right-clicking on a selected text
– lightning popup: “new date” or “new note/task” (if no date is included in the selected text) with date and time filled in and with the remaining text filled as detail.
– needs to be open-source
