We need an Android app! Needs to be a launcher. boots to wifi config page. Auto-tether whenever available. Launches fennec 27 into full screen directed only towards 192.168.42.45 (address bar permanently disabled).
The default android browser will not work in this scenario. We need to reliably run getUserMedia, which the android browser does not yet support.
Bonus Round. Custom Boot Image and Boot Animation.
