Remote Technical Support

I am a computer technician with 14 years of experience working as a freelance computer technician. I would like to offer my services for remote assistance to clients, via skype, using remote desktop applications, and if you happen to live near me (Amsterdam, The Netherlands) in person at your location.

My rates are negotiable and I can offer subscription services for support paid forward covering a base amount of time per month, but only after an initial consultation to familiarise me with your needs and a satisfactory result for your initial incident.

I can resolve problems with software, networks, I can teach you how to perform tasks with your computer and other devices, and if possible, hardware problems. I also offer direct remote support for server systems whether at your site or co-located.
