Telegram/Trading Bot REVAMP/FIX UP

Hi.
I have an existing bot written on Python that receives a “signal” input from a Telegram channel, parses and takes the relevant action/submits the relevant orders to Bitmex using their REST API.
The current version I have has bugs due to errors with TelegramAPI and Urlib3. This job will be to initially fix this (and have it tested) with the possibility, if the work is good, to further develop the bot with additional features such as muti-symbol support, multi-signal support, speed optimisation, etc. I am open to the bot being rewritten in another language (preferably C++).
